What does the 7-day free trial include?
The full Chattbase inbox with your own WhatsApp number and team: shared inbox, catalog messages, Shopify integration and AI reply suggestions. Pick a plan when the trial ends to keep going.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?
No. We connect your number through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform during onboarding. You need a Meta Business account and a phone number that can receive a verification code.
Which e-commerce platforms do you support?
Shopify is fully supported today. WooCommerce, Wix, BigCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, Squarespace and YouCan are on our roadmap — tell us which one you need first.
Which languages does the AI agent speak?
It replies in the language the customer writes in, including English, Arabic, Moroccan Darija, French, Hindi and Spanish, and many others. You stay in control of when the AI replies and when your team takes over.
Can the AI place orders on its own?
The AI agent checks live stock, shows the customer the full total and only prepares a Shopify draft order after a clear confirmation. It never captures payment, and your team can take over any conversation.
How are WhatsApp conversation fees charged?
Meta charges for WhatsApp conversations according to its rate card. Plus, Elite and Max include a monthly allowance with no markup; Starter adds a small markup per conversation.
Can I run several brands or numbers?
Yes. Each brand gets its own workspace with its own numbers, catalog and store, and you decide which agents can access each one.
How is my data protected?
Access tokens are encrypted at rest and never returned to the browser, and every agent signs in to a workspace-scoped account. Read our privacy policy.
